This premium blood pressure monitor features a high-contrast, black backlit dual display with extra-large numbers, and conveniently displays your current reading next to your previous reading for an immediate comparison (unless AFib is detected). The monitor also provides a weekly average of the number of AFib events detected. Powered by the OMRON Advanced Accuracy blood pressure measurement technology, this monitor measures five times more blood pressure data points than previous OMRON models for more consistent, precise blood pressure readings, and will alert you if body movements or other errors were detected during your measurement.
For additional convenience, this monitor also includes the OMRON TruRead feature which allows you to automatically take three consecutive readings at customizable intervals (15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or 2 minutes), and then displays the average. Or, take advantage of the Advanced Averaging feature, which automatically displays the average of up to three separate readings taken within the last ten minutes.
For some people, their blood pressure may be high in the morning, often called “morning high blood pressure” or “morning hypertension”. The Platinum monitor’s unique High Morning Average indicator calculates your daily morning average blood pressure and alerts you if your numbers are in the hypertensive range.
The Platinum monitor also detects pulse rate and includes a hypertension indicator that alerts you when your numbers exceed the guidelines for a normal blood pressure reading.
Store up to 200 readings for two users (100 readings each) in the monitor while enjoying unlimited storage in the free OMRON connect app. When you sync your monitor to the app, you can conveniently view trends of your readings on customizable graphs, receive valuable insights based on your health data, and share your results with family, caregivers, and doctors. The OMRON connect app is compatible with select iOS and Android devices (please visit OmronHealthcare.com/connect for a list of compatible devices).
For a softer, more comfortable cuff fit, this monitor includes the contoured OMRON wide-range D-ring cuff, which fits standard and large-sized adult upper arms ranging from 9” to 17” in circumference. The monitor also comes with a convenient storage case for easy portability and an AC adapter.

GOOD Based on 283 reviews Margaret Maney2025-07-05Verified Good quality BP monitor Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like this product and works well pairing with my Samsung phoneDesign:StylishBluetooth connectivity:Worked straight awayReadability:easy to understandBlood pressure:readings as expected and enter straight into the appComfort:Good comfortFunctionality:Is good Donald L. Williams2025-07-03Verified Very satisfied. After two month I am entirely satisfied. Easy to review your past readings. Your previous reading is onscreen while you take a current reading. It's LCD so the battery lasts. I replaced an led model with pretty lights because it used batteries too quickly. Mark2025-06-29Verified Very consistent readings. Great product. Excellent product. Works far better than expected. I'm probably extra happy because I just returned a blood pressure monitor from another highly rated manufacturer that simply didn't work as advertised. The readings where very inconsistent, but the readings from this blood pressure monitor are all very close. It also connects with Bluetooth to my phone very easily. Great product. Yaakov G2025-06-24Verified Expensive, not accurate Way off from professional measurements. My doctor said this was the best brand to get, but comparing side by side it's consistently off by a lot (always higher).I like the way it syncs with their app which has a graphical history. Unfortunately the graphs only shows daily averages and not the morning/afternoon/evening readings separately. You have to only see one day or go to list view, which defeats the purpose of the graph.Setup or changing settings is somewhat confusing, since the first thing it wants to do when turning it on (after initial setup) is take a measurement. One last comment is that it's somewhat large. All in all I have yet to find a reliable blood pressure monitor for home use. This one is expensive and no better than some of the cheap imports I've tried. BD2025-06-20Verified great bp monitor but may require patience if you have chronic atrial flutter This is a great bp monitor. I will say it requires patience, as it is very sensitive. I use this on my mom twice a day. She has chronic atrial flutter, and it will not give a reading when it detects Afib. The explanation is that the reading would not be accurate in Afib. Also, she is very short (not small, but short). It's not always easy to get the cuff at heart level, depending on where & how she is sitting. I often get and "E4" error reading because she either moved slightly or was making sounds while she was breathing. It picks up the smallest vibrations & can result in the error reading. So sometimes I may need to make 3 attempts to get a reading, but it's worth it to have one that I feel is more accurate. M Sauer2025-06-17Verified If it thinks you have AFib, you should probably follow up with your doc. The experience is pretty negative ... so far. Still haven't been able to synch it with my phone ... guess I'm not holding my mouth just right. I find the directions kind of confusing but will keep trying and revisit this review regarding that.Overall impression is that it's well made, the cuff fits tighter more easily than my previous Omron. It inflates quickly and the reading comes back fast. But ... it says I possibly have AFib and, therefore, it won't give me a BP score. Hmmm. That's news to me AND my doctor. I've got a call in to her in that regard and will wait to hear what she thinks. So, I have a nice machine that's pretty worthless at the moment since there's no AFib override. Luckily I've got a six week window for returning it. I will let y'all know what happens.UPDATE: Well, I've got egg on my face. Saw my doc, got an EKG, and I do have mild AFib. Mac Cat2025-06-13Verified Does not pair with other bluetooth apps, but otherwise, it's an excellent diagnostic medical tool. Good brand, sensible design and features.Works well and it is accurate.I actually bought this newer model because it was supposed to have blueboth connectivity to my Kardiac EKG monitor. Unfortunately, it never would pair with my iPhone. I finally had to download the OMARON app and it did pair with that app/I carefully read the entire manual, which offers exactly 2 overly broad pages on bluetooth connectivity. This part is the most disappointing, so I'm sending it back. The old BP machine still works just fine. Ken2025-06-07Verified New sphgmomanometer I replaced a much older monitor with this one. I feel more confidence in this unit than the previous one. The results appear to be more consistent. My wife and I being old farts do not use the blue tooth to connect to our devices. My only reservation is that the new cuff is a bit stiffer and slicker than the previous unit making it more difficult to use. I suspect that there is a learning curve and that this problem will disappear in time.
