1. Insert the batteries into the monitor.

2. Connect the air tube from the cuff into the side port.

3. Wrap the cuff around your upper arm about 1 inch above the elbow, aligned with your heart.

4. Sit upright with your feet flat and arm supported.

5. Press the START/STOP button.

6. For TruRead mode: Hold the button to activate 3 consecutive measurements (used for higher accuracy).

7. Read your results on the easy-to-read, high-contrast display.

1. Download the Omron Connect app from Google Play or App Store.

2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

3. Open the app and follow the pairing instructions.

4. After setup, your readings will sync automatically to the app.
